Pricing is clear from the start: a £65 call out fee, then £155 per hour, and most emergencies are fixed on the first visit.

Electrical faults rarely announce themselves clearly. A circuit that trips once a week, a socket that stopped working or lights that flicker when the kettle goes on all need methodical testing to diagnose. Our engineers carry professional test equipment and work through the circuit step by step until the cause is found, then repair it and test everything again before we leave. You get a clear explanation of what was wrong and what we did about it.

If your fusebox still uses rewirable fuses or has no RCD protection, it is overdue an upgrade. We supply and install modern consumer units that shut the power off in a fraction of a second when a fault appears, protecting your family and your property. Every installation is carried out by Part P registered engineers, fully tested and handed over with the certification your insurer and any future buyer will ask for.

An Electrical Installation Condition Report is a full health check of your wiring, fusebox, sockets and earthing, carried out with calibrated test equipment and written up in a formal report. Landlords need one by law every five years, and buyers, sellers and insurers increasingly ask for them too. We test every circuit, flag anything that needs attention in plain English and hand you the certificate as soon as the installation passes.

If your home still runs on rubber or fabric insulated cable, has a patchwork of old additions or simply cannot cope with modern demand, a rewire is the safest answer.
