Our engineers carry calibrated test equipment on every van and work through the installation circuit by circuit: insulation resistance, continuity, earth fault loop and RCD tests, until the cause is pinned down. You get a plain English explanation of what was wrong, not jargon.

Finding the fault is only half the job. Damaged cabling, broken sockets and switches, faulty light fittings, tired breakers and worn accessories are all repaired on the spot wherever possible, then the circuit is retested to prove the problem is actually gone. If a bigger repair is needed we quote it there and then at a fixed price, with no pressure and no obligation.
